Our St John’s Sixth Formers enjoyed a fantastic festive outing yesterday as they headed to the Centre for Life in Newcastle for an afternoon of ice skating. It was the perfect way to celebrate the end of a busy term and to reward students for their hard work, commitment and positive attitude over the past few months.
Laughs, Glides and a Few Wobbles
Whether confidently gliding across the ice or taking their first cautious steps, every student embraced the fun. The rink was full of laughter, teamwork and plenty of festive spirit as friends supported one another, took photos and made memories together.
A Well‑Deserved Break
After a productive and successful term in Sixth Form, it was wonderful to see our students relaxing, having fun and enjoying time together outside of the classroom. Their enthusiasm and maturity throughout the trip made the afternoon even more special.
We hope all our Sixth Form students have a restful break—and we can’t wait to see what they achieve next term!
